This is special. The chronicler finds a way to be both mythical and grounded. The stories are light and charming. The only thing wrong with this novel, is that it's too short.

This has some excellent potential for a Chinese-American basketball story. Unfortunately, because the sport and setting are in America, many of the Chinese jargon terms do not translate well into English. Overall, as an English speaker it's difficult to read a story about America when the language/social interactions clearly read wuxia/xianxia.

In this novel there will be short stories about merchants, they are connected with the Silk Road. There are some of the modern stories ... of the 20th century ... some are related to the "Big Game". Well, trade was inevitably associated with the "Big Road" as the younger brother KIM from the novel of the same name spoke. Of course, for these stories, there must be good English to understand the subtleties, but there is something that is, namely, not very good English. This is an understatement. Simple English. The author hopes in time to correct his English grammar. There are in my opinion a couple of interesting stories. And in general, the history of the Silk Road, deserves, I repeat, a good novel, in excellent English, because this is an amazing topic!

I love to read stories that are short and meaningful though some stores are interesting with good English. The writer of trial marriage husband make the story too long .
