amnesia the game custom story

Possibly one of the best game element novels I have ever read. Though I'm only on chapter 25 right now I have high hopes for the remainder of the story I just hope that the inconsistencies of the pop culture references will be acknowledged, I mean does he remember more than just game knowledge or was the amnesia temporary and he at some point in the story regained his memory? Acknowledgedment whether it's about his temporary amnesia or pop culture refrences these point should be elaborated on further though since I'm only on chapter 25 this was the ony minor grievance I had with the book.

After many years, this novel has completed translation. The early of the story was interesting with custom made system and evolution thing. If you a fan of the game or movie in the novel, you might like the extending lore explanation.

The concept of creating custom, overpowered skills instead of relying on standard abilities is refreshing and exciting. The Akashic Codex adds a compelling layer of challenge and intrigue to the narrative.

Nice to see a yugioh story where people 1) actually play the flipping card game and 2) know the games rules and don't use "custom cards" Anime only cards are fine since the story is based inside of the anime, wish there were updates more often but you can't rush quality
