hy don't most people write a fan-fiction about fallout 3? Just two words, "Almost Perfect." It is a perk that you can get at level 30 that makes all your special stats 9 (doesn't apply to a stat if you have 10 on said stat). So if you add the boobleheads, you are a walking god. Besides all people agrees on the same thing, fallout 3 cannon story is the best of all fallout series while fallout new vegas have better gameplay. So...You see the problem here yet? You have imbalanced gameplay with an outstanding story with fallout 3, so how in the earth are you going to make a good novel out of it? All suspense and drama cease to exist at LVL 30 (if you have the Broken Steel add-on). It has pretty moronic thing to do to max INT when he knows there is boobleheads that increase that cap. Why did he needed 10 INT? He can store information in his pip-boy if 9 int can't resolve it right now. He can even made the riven city run to have 10 int as soon as he leaves the vault. Anyway, my suggest is to don't incorpore the broken steel add-on, but even with vainilla content fallout 3 is pretty unbalanced game. So please, drop the fact that he can increase his special stats and skills by training, that is NOT lore and besides he is already destined to be op even if the worst situation happens when it only has fallout 3 vainilla edition. It really hurts my eyes to see this kind of good effort without knowing the lore or the correct route to take.
