He's cheat is not even unique in naruto verse just kisame he have chakra as much as an tailed beast and it is permanent because of samehada and he still cant be the strongest

I got clickbaited because of the title and synopsis. I thought he reincarnated as the Juubi or Tailed Beast or something because of the word Shinju but he got reincarnated as Naruto instead. Good work btw.
