The development is okay but it too fast that make it boring and I think that Rinne-Sharingan is unnecessary because it only make the main character will depend on it at almost every fight he was in. Why is that? Because the ability to predict movement of the enemy/ies. Yeah I know it your story and up to you how the story flow but I think that Rinne-Sharingan will be useless at some point and it will disrupt the story albeit minuscule. At least that what I felt and reincarnation with Rinne-Sharingan is too common in fan-fic so it will be a bit bland but OK.
