This is really good. Usopp doesnt join the strawhats and kind of becomes like an assassin type fighter instead of a sniper. No haram no random power ups, still Usopp outsmarting people. its fun to read.

Currently there haven't been too many big innovations in either world building or character building. The characters themselves are very out of their canon characters even without MC's contact. For example Kaya likes Luffy instantly even though she and Usopp had been childhood sweethearts for a long time. Even Usopp easily believes and gives up on Kaya when MC lies to him that Kaya loves him. A girl who even after Usopp sailed away bothers about him everytime they get news of him would actually fawn over Luffy because " He is the only other boy I met other than Usopp " is severely out of character. MC is hypocritical because he had the gall to call Usopp his friend after destroying his love life all for " Always wanted to have Kaya in his harem " . Would be able to be friends with a person who destroyed your love life just for making a Harem? For this even more painful due the fact the Usopp- Kaya pairing is the only pairing of the main cast in the entire series that Oda has confirmed wont change. Thus I will end this review by saying that if you wanted to replace Luffy then atleast carry his ideals and morals.
