He have a new doujutsu and be a jinchuriki will make this story more interesting.. The joining of Chinoike clan to Uzushio also good.. They will improve them with they power/specialty (ninjutsu and genjutsu, especially with they ketsuryugan).. If you want to add more clan, I think Yuki clan will be good addition..
