The story development so far is good and the translation quality is excellent but I suggest that you should differentiate between spoken dialogues and monologues, it's confusing sometimes. For example, you could put quotation marks ( " ) for spoken dialogues and single quotation marks ( ' ) for monologues.

After 219 Chapters of what I've read I can most positively say that the Author of this novel needs to learn proper grammar, to small sentence structures and most of all the thought dialogues of the characters within the novel that use Single Quotation Marks instead of Double Quotation Marks for talking dialogues.
