it's quite an interesting read. progress isn't too slow nor too fast, plot and character development progresses as the story unfolds too. but the world building still needs some work. some things are just glossed over, not explained at all. 30 chapters in and the cultivation level system of the world is not known. the grades of things ( pills, talismans, etc) are just mentioned without any explanation on whether they pertain to qi refining stage or foundation establishment stage. the author just casually mentions for example; a 3rd grade pill and expects the readers to just fill in the blanks. ( like wtf is a 3rd grade pill? is it a golden core lvl pill?) does 1st grade refer to qi refining and 2nd grade foundation establishment? theres no clue. maybe you plan to do it slowly later but dude the first 30 chapters is enough to reveal all this. this leaves more to be desired. I'm not asking for an info dump but still at least define your world clearly.
