I started reading it due to author being a IET but novel is pretty boring. It feels like author tries very hard to avoid cliches but he fails to do it and for example MC is super righteous retard who jumps into danger left and right without thought if some "innocents" are being hurt. Demons are simple villains that are ultra boring. Author included painting as a way for MC to acquire power but... author didn't wrote any slice of life with MC and his painting. In other novels crafting ability like alchemy (here painting) would be explored etc. Here from time to time MC paints somethig, gets upgrade and goodbye. It is just another filler from the author to create another story. boring and generic
