Names are often switched up from the MC for example at the beginning its Kawaki Aoba, then switches around chapter 8 to Kawaki Qinguy then few Chapters later to Aoki Kawaki and Aobi kawaki, this is getting confusing fast and ruines smooth reading if the name changes every few Chapter. Also the ages of the characters gets mixed up since somtimes they are children, then adults back to teenager. same with ranks or team composition. first its said Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yuhi and mc are a team with Shinku Yuhi as jonin leader, then its Kurenai with her genin team and few paragraphs later its another team. For me honestly, the writer/translator needs to overhaul the story, sets on 1 name/age/team etc and starts proof reading the chapters. then it can be a good story, otherwise it read like a 2/10 rating chinese novel
