Decent book. I’m only making a review because I think that everyone should know that Oceania is from the book 1984 by George Orwell and that I’m guessing is where the author got the name. 🗿

The main idea of the novel is to show that totalitarianism, with its restriction on civil rights and personal development, is the way to the collapse of a state and nation. The story is of the intellectual Winston Smith who lives in the totalitarian country called Oceania, working for the ministry of Truth, is convincing evidence of this.

The story is boring, with 80% internal monologue + 10% unnecessary information dumping + 10% interaction with other NPCs. In addition, the story has indoctrination to favor China and an obvious racism to the USA. China good, US bad; Chinese the superior race, the rest are capitalist pigs. 🙄 There would be no problem if the story was a satire to the countries of America/Europe/Oceania, as Hollywood does.😬
