[Synopsis]
Transmigrating into early Konoha without a bloodline or golden finger sounded like a death sentence. Now, it is Year 11—five years after its founding. Torifū has inherited the "Clan Head" title of the Kumotsuru Clan, consisting of exactly one member: him.
Knowing the brutal First Shinobi War is six years away and Hashirama will die before it starts, Torifū has a plan: emulate background survivors Homura and Koharu. He will lay low, act like an extra, outlive the legends, and eventually slap Boruto while forcing him to call him "Great-Granddaddy." Just living and dying peacefully.
It was the perfect "salted fish" strategy—until a System appeared.

While Torifū just wants a nap and to avoid getting smashed into a kidney stone by Hashirama’s True Several Thousand Hands, he is shoved onto the front lines of every disaster, doing clean-up duty for a world of legends and lunatics.
Worse yet, the ninja world completely misunderstands his attempts to slack off:
Senju Hashirama: “Torifū is the true guardian of Konoha! His power shames even my own!”
Senju Tobirama: “His strategic mind saved my life. He is the definition of a true shinobi.”
Sarutobi Hiruzen: “He refuses the title, but Torifū is the greatest Hokage we never had.”
Shimura Danzo: “Forget Root! Under his glorious shadow, I'm building a gacha game empire!”

Please read these notes regarding the novel's direction:
1. Status: Original is Incomplete and on indefinite hiatus, stopping at Chapter 1867.
2. Genre Shift: It starts with Naruto action but shifts heavily into a slow-paced Slice-of-Life. It is NOT action-packed. If you dislike this genre, please don't read—and if you do, please don't leave a negative review, lol.
3. Non-Harem/Matchmaking Fetish: The author plays matchmaker for side characters and OCs (shipping Tsunade x Dan, alt Tsunade x Jiraiya, OC x OC) in later chapters. Author has a matchmaking fetish. Maybe it's standard for SOL genre? IDK.
4. Art & Modern Tech: The author loves art. Later chapters focus on the MC building an Art Academy, train networks, and modern infrastructure. There are no wars or missions. It builds a Utopia where ninja development stops, people lose interest, and the creed dies like the samurai. This is heavily implied.
5. Personal Note: I dislike slice-of-life/random matchmaking, so this direction didn't appeal to me. I wanted to drop translating around chapter 600 but kept going purely for the readers. If you want high-stakes battles of wits, you will be disappointed. Read at your own discretion!

It was a good fanfic until "Naruto from the Future" came out. I want to see a second chance at Obito's life, not the damn Naruto story from the anime, which takes up more than half of the fanfic.
