One Piece - I Am A Different Luffy!
He is Monkey D. Luffy, but not the original Monkey D. Luffy, because in this world, that one is Lucy, his blood sister, while he had a peaceful childhood with his other three brothers. They all ended up following different paths since he didn’t have his memories. It was only when he entered a barrel lost at sea to save himself that he finally began to regain all the knowledge he had of this world from his past life. On top of that, he realized he could use this knowledge to his advantage to acquire everything he needed on his adventure. He was given four chances to summon people to start his journey, and more importantly, he finally received his two devil fruits, becoming powerful from the very beginning, with a plan that stretched to the end of his adventure.
This story is the adventure of a man called Monkey D. Luffy, with the goal of becoming the emperor of all the seas in the world. For that, he will find the One Piece and destroy the World Government, for they cannot coexist. Be it the Marines, government agents, CP units, Tenryuubito, Holy Knights, Gorosei, or Im, Luffy will walk over a mountain of corpses.

this review is to encourage the author to keep the story going, the idea is good and the characters interactions are interesting to read. althought, I am curious as to how things will become when Ban and his crew meet Shanks and his crew, a fair warning that Shanks althought is pretty strong, he is not even close to his canon self. he still haven't become a Yonko, according to chapter 957 & episode 958 when Sengoku & Brandnew showed the bounties of the Yonko along with Roger's. they stated that Shanks became a Yonko 6 years ago(post time-skip) meaning he became a Yonko about 4 years before canon started, aroune when Luffy was 13 years old (since Luffy started his journey at 17 years old) so Shanks althought is very strong, he is not close to the level of power he have currently in canon. also Luffy was 7 when he meet Shanks, and Shanks already fought Teach and got the eye scar, and Luffy didn't meet Ace until after Shanks left. exactly when Garp came and found Luffy with a straw hat shouting about becoming a pirate. so if Shanks and his crew still in Foosha Village it means there is still about 6 years before he became a Yonko, and 10 years away from canon, & 12 years before current timeline in Anime/Manga. (Shanks age post-timeskip is 39, and 37 pre-timeskip, and currently he is 27 years old; he is 20 years older than Luffy.) hope this informations help you with the current timeline.
