I like this story , It's really original to have a fic not about Napoleon but about his son. In any case I can't wait to see what happens next. Vive Napoleon 2 !

Hello everyone! Author here. Now as a form of self-pity, I'm going to rate my work 5 out of 5 because you know I like my work. So into the story, as the title suggest, it is an reicarnation of a man from the 21st century to the man, the myth, the legend, Napoleon Bonaparte. Now this is where it gets interesting, you see we have a lot of what ifs for Napoleon. Like what if he didn't do this so that it won't cause this? Well checkmate because this alternate history would offer a new arc divering from the real timeline. And this Napoleon would have access to modern technologies. What's more is that I am reenacting Napoleon's famous battle and change in accordance to what the mc planned for a better result. Now I admit, that there will be bumps in the earlier parts of the story and I don't pride myself in that but what I want oyu to do my fellow readers is that give this story a chance. Like you know read it till 100 chaps. And if you still didn't like it, then thank you for giving it a try. There will be a lot of conquering stuffs in this novel. The real Napoleon only expanded his empire in continental europe, but this one will have overseas. You will witness diplomacy conducting among countries, you will see the reactions from local populace to the highest ranking personnel. You will see real-life figures such as his ministers and marshals, and a lot more! That's all

The story is quite interesting, and I really like the duality between Joan of Arc and Napoléon, Joan who is very valiant but lacks of any political sense and wants to fight while preserving the code of chivalry, and Napoleon, who is talented in terms of war strategy and politics but seems very cynical and disrespectful of the chivalric spirit. I find that the two counterbalance each other well and mutually prevent each other from exacerbating their respective flaws, especially when Joan tells Napoleon not to go too fast and to go to Reims before going to Paris. And Napoleon makes Joan understand that war is not just a matter of honor and chivalry and that victory must be achieved even if the methods are orthodox and contrary to some medieval principles. But as for the development of the story... im afraid that the story will remain too close to the historical timeline, knowing that Napoleon returned to Reims at the exact same time. Or that on Patreon it's stated that the real Napoleon (of 1804) wasn't the first to crown himself and that Charles VII had already done so (a rather cool passage that shows Napoleon still has a big ego ^^). This could indicate that the events in this story won't change the future of France at all, which would be very disappointing. Will Napoleon end the war much sooner? Joan d'arc will survive ? Will he succeed in his goal of forming a permanent royal army? Will he go back to war to establish the natural borders and perhaps even take Corsica? We'll see...

Pretty Dissapointing. Author should just change the Title into "The French Army in Westeros" or something. The main Spotlight of the Story seems to be the Captain and NOT Napoleon. I came here to read Napoleon in Westeros not some Nobody Captain who very much acts like a Self Insert in the Story. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
