These short stories are written by an experienced author. That was the impression I had from the very first few lines. You will find mentioned new technology and lifestyle like drons and tik tok followers but just enough to know the stories are recent work. The horror inside unfolds in different places around the world and leaves us equally scared of the trees, or snow, or desert ...I wish the last published story was more original than missing from their graduation party yoing Americans and silhouette with a hook but I think I get it, with missing French widow with new lover or newly found tomb of pharaoh , or african witch...Maybe the author is trying to make his stories more authentic. Good style , confident writing and well, scary enough. I can only recomended it.
