female last names for story

Good story to bad that the names are mixt up of the female characters. It was not until the last chapters that i understud that the mixt up sisters were Le Yan and Le An as they kept mixing in the protagonists name when talking about them.

Great book with a great female lead, one thing that could use work would be the names of the characters. It became confusing at times due to several characters having the same last name and similar first names, i.e. Ning Qing, Cheng Ning, Cheng Qing. Other than that, fantastic book, I was certainly entertained.

The story would be much better if they used the original Chinese names or if they removed the last name being permanently used as that is not how people use western names

Honestly, I loved the humorous story and the MC's outwardly engaging personality. The only downside was the character names, which kept changing from chapter to chapter—sometimes first names, sometimes last names, sometimes full names. It was really confusing and uncomfortable.
