I have read this series at least 3 times now and it is still the best web novel on this platform in my opinion. The character development is incredible, and the world building isn't over complicated to the point that you forget people and places. The story and main character is more closely tied to human nature than other stories I've read as well. The dark nature and abuse of the main character resonate well with those who have gone through the same events.
