An inexplicable friend request, a non-existent contact.
Claiming to be a message from herself in the future, intimately knowledgeable about her past.
Fang Xiaocao was utterly numb.

After reading the first two chapters, I can’t really comment on the story’s progression or later quality yet. However, the sentence structure and word choice feel a bit strange, almost as if the text was translated. The formatting also feels very unusual. Instead of standard quotation marks for dialogue, the author uses square brackets, and the dialogue is written in bold. That style might work for system messages, but not for regular spoken dialogue. Because of this formatting choice, I don’t think I will continue reading. The story itself seems simple and clichéd, but possibly still readable. The dialogue formatting, however, is too distracting and genuinely uncomfortable to read.
