terrible story progression with no entertaining elements in sight( at least not within 100 chapters). the author seems to scared to move from the beginning premise which makes the reader wake up and think: why in the heck am I reading this boring toneless story with less dynamics than a Phineas and Ferb episode ?

Im going to try reading this version as I did the last version, but I was completely disappointed the moment the author decided to add Phineas and Ferb, cartoon characters in a fanfic inside the marvel world as well as the nerfing of the main character. Giving the mc powers just to take them away is just completely pointless.

*Breaths* Here's in one line, without spoilers: It's like "Phineas and Ferb's backyard" combined with "Perry the Platypus missions" combined with the "twin thing (Haunting of Hill House)". They telepathically live inside each other, kind of like "Black Mirror's Black Museum". I love how this novel fast-tracks just glossing over the unnecessary details and yet, slows down perfectly for the occasional slice of life moments. I also love the amazing time skips. This makes the novel unique with no casually released chapters and a fast story progression. BTW, those concerned with Kyle's (MC's) sexual orientation, don't be. As originally I would never have read this novel & now I can't stop. Bonus: The book has an interactive community and an author who reads and replies to every comment possible. The chapters release regularly and the comments feel like an extension to the chapter.
