Dropped at chapter 22. I went into this thinking we'd get a version of the flash without speedforce, something more like x-men movie quicksilver or even mcu quicksilver. Instead we have a electricity quirk that gives makes him the flash with speed force, a genius thanks to super thinking speed, kakashi with chidori, super strength thanks to electricity making muscles stronger, and able to precisely make changes to brain and nerve signals in order to permanently paralyze and and experience permanent pain because those also use electricity, oh and also do the railgun from a certain scientific railgun. This isn't the Flash in MHA this is let me do every overpowered ability that's even semi linked to electricity.

Started of great, the convo flow seems pleasant with a couple of jokes here and there but then throws it off with the fantasizing of X-genes. The MC supposedly has the knowledge of "The flash" yet throws shallow knowledge of "The flash". The thing is if flash had shown his capabilities earlier in the story like phasing, time travel, mach punch and so on the story would've been more entertaining. Another thing is that the idea of adding the flash along with the X-men seems rather redundant. Why? well, the X-men already has Quicksilver! why add another speedster in it. It wouldve been more exciting if you placed the setting in avengers and the story of avengers from the invasion to end game.
