Don't let the total score fool you. This story has no idea what it wants to be, so it's everything; and it's hilarious. It has vampire, rebellion, joker, alien, psychic power, conspiracy, cultivation, mecha, oblivous parent/offspring, romance, incompetent but OP main protag goodness. This is the most "author was unsure what to do" work I've ever read; and it is the most fun.
