Okay this story basically revolves around distant past of the Witcher verse. Highlighting real problems not existential problems of dying Witcher’s and unavoidable fate, but stubborn people who fight against it despite low chances of succeeding. I like the slow pace, because it shows us not only mc’s growth, but also the development of Witcher order as a whole. Adding some mystery, dramas, old romances and spicy comedy it really deserves reading. I am on chapter 389 so far and I am terrified of nearing the end of chapters
