The story is extremely boring. The MC is dense, almost as he does not have a brain on that mut of his. The author tries to force concepts in mismatched situations and the story continues as everything is normal. Character interaction is weird, the whole story is weird, the author does not know what he is writing, maybe he notices during the ending of the novel. Damn forced plot. Read ahead on mtl after these chaps, very disappointing.

Compared to "I Shall Seal The Heaven", how bad is this one? Is it on the same level as ISSTH? Or worse? Or better?

ISSTH is much better, I loved that but that is according to my taste. You might love this novel more, it is good until a lot of chapters but gets really boring, author contradicts many of his previous statements in the *future story.

I see, thanks. Just curious because Su Ming and Wang Lin is mentioned a couple of times in ISSTH. So I want to try to read the stories of the first God and the first Devil.

Through Renegade immortal I learned of issth and I learned of the former through beseech the devil. The thing is beseech the devil is very complex. So much that lnmtl makes it seem like sh*t. Trust me, wait for the chapter translations. Renegade immortal was hell on lnmtl ask anybody! But once you re-read the translations it’s like a whole new novel. I doubt you understood how complicated Su Ming’s backstory is since it if not on the same level but more complicated than Wang Lin’s and the contradictions are actually a big part of the plot. I won’t spoil any further.
Tbh, an opinion will always be biased. You can't believe all of them until you read a bunch and draw a reasonable conclusion. POTT is one of my favorites. The new cultivation system is unique, the universe itself is unique and the way it links to ISSTH and such in my opinion is my favorite. #SevenGodSteps
