Review Detail of RadioX in Throne of Magical Arcana

i am super confused on the side story year 24 of arcana calendar. i dont know what its suposed to be about, i thought it was a story of what happened after the main story in the perspective of donnie. but in the last ch, karl talk about him like he is a different person doing something that he already did. im just so confused i hope someone can help me with this.
