The only reason why this novel has such a bad rating is because the most liked reviews are from 5-6 months ago complaining about unstable release rates and bad translation, which has been great for the past couple of months. Please ignore those reviews and give it a try! Once you get past the beginning with some great world building which may be somewhat annoying for some of qidians younger readers (<14 years) you will find this story to be one of the best CN novels you've ever read. It's basically like the beginning of Swallowed Star with sentient beasts and a MUCH superior romance subplot! Also please do like a bunch of actual reviews so we can finally shove those outdated reviews on top into oblivion!

What does deleting your comments have to do with being a bigger man? You are obviously the one getting worked up because of me arguing with you and clarifying my position here - any normal person would do so when people misunderstand the point of their review. I thought you wanted to have an argument with the comment you posted - bigger men, when seeing something they disagree with, usually reply in a much more polite manner than you did. And an argument is what you got. If you want to share your opinion with others, you should also be open to other people's opinions - deleting your comments and trying to end an argument with "I'll be the bigger man here and stop" is immature.
My initial reply was neutral not polite but also not rude. You chose to take offense and argue just like now. Deleting my comments and attempting to end this pointless argument is being the bigger man. Stop trying so desperately to see offense in everything I say.
Indeed, it wasn't rude. However, you completely misunderstood my point - therefore the argument was not, as you said, "pointless". It derailed quite a bit though. I still feel like I didn't get your point of view, since your reply merely asked me why people should upvote a review that only complains about other reviews. What kind of answer did you expect?

Agreed...regardless of this novel's origins it has definitely hit its stride now. It is one of the best novels on this site's lineup!
