First of, thank you for the review. Second: That is true. Originally Bella was somewhat awkward and timid, and up until chapter 16 (already written) due to Mazikeen, Bella showed a more assertive and confident personality. However, that characteristic of hers is not development by itself. Bella is that way. Because she is constantly influenced by Mazikeen's overconfident persona, always in her head. For both of them to grow, we need a truly traumatic event that shatters their confidence completely. One of the ways I found for it is for them to feel "powerless," "loss," and "guilt" caused by their own actions. Hence, chapter 16 (which will come out eventually) By chapter 15, 16 and 17 the story has already branched out from the original plot flow, and I'm slowly giving bits of change/growth in their personalities. That, of course, means they will get much worse before it gets better.
