I was really excited for a Hajime no Ippo fanfic, however this story has a major flaw. by now, the webnovel culture should be familiar to most readers, and everyone should have heard about the "Bob Uchiha" effect. it's when author gives really abd names that doesn't fit the world or story. this is one of those stories, and it totally breaks immersion and makes it hard to read. The first chapter was good but couldn't read more than that because the MC is the brother of Ippo and his name is Alex Makunouchi.... just give him any generic Japanese name, and that would be okay, even something like Toyota Makunouchi is better than Alex. I think we as readers shouldn't accept this mistake and refuse to read until the author corrects this. when webnovel was new, these types of mistakes could be accepted but by now, after many years, everyone knows about the Bob Uchiha effect, and it should no longer be tolerated. Author, your story really seems good, so please fix this!

Estoy de acuerdo, Kenichi tiene casi la misma temática de Hajime no ippo, y las batallas son un universo entero más geniales, simplemente llama al mc Alex silva, y tienes un nombre perfecto, no lo hagas primo de ippo, es innecesario, el romance es importante, también es importante una razón real para querer llegar a la cima, y esforzarse tanto, el efecto Bob Uchiha es realmente horrible, generalmente usado por niños pequeños, si no sabes poner nombres adecuados, pídele a chat gpt que cree algunos nombres y elige uno bueno que te guste, gaolang es una bestia, hay menos de dos o tres personas que lo igualan apenas en Hajime no ippo, lo que hace que la historia sea demasiado lineal, hacer que mc pierda contra alguien al azar creara otro efecto horrible en estás historias, el famoso "nerfeo por el bien de la trama", lo que arruina la historia, en fin, bya.

dont worry about it just write what you want and please no harem since its shit in hajime no ippo, and also do complete it if you can, this is honestly the first ippo ff that i've read so thanks for that

Even if that is the case, this small detail is very easily fixed, and it makes a huge difference. Those that read it still hope for a good story even if you simply did it because you're bored, not necessarily the best but at least readable. I don't know if you're familiar but around here the name "Bob Uchiha" is a meme status name. For the longest time, for some reason, new authors kept using American names on Japanese characters, it's so out of place and completely destroys the immersion for many. that's why I made such a complaint because this is very easily fixed.
