The only positive thing I can say about the story is, it has good translation. The MC leaves a lot to be desired, as someone who knows the plot he is pretty carefree and childish. He should have been focused on getting stronger and keeping himself safe in such a dangerous situation. Instead he is learning and showcasing flashy light in jutsu that do nothing to keep himself safe in the short term but make him look more suspicious and disloyal.

LIKEFlashy light in jutsu should have been flashy lightning jutsu, phone keyboard made me look uncool. I meant he used a flashy and powerful lightning jutsu that made Konoha higher-ups paranoid about his relationship with Kumo village. Instead he could have kept it subtle till he was as powerful as Itachi pretty easily.
nah man that's asking too much from Chinese authors. Chinese protagonists are bold lunatics. They staying low key is equivalent to sun coming out from the West.
nope, tell me a single novel where mc is low key after the plot begins.....none. Chinese authors are extremely insecure losers who want to be praised and validated every time. so they design their protagonists according to them. when a protagonist says he wants to be low key the authors will definitely do something that will force the protagonist to show off his powers.....
It seems brother has not accomplished much in Dao. So, let me enlighten brother a little bit: "Top Tier Providence, Secretly Cultivate for a Thousand Years", "Complete Martial Arts Attributes", "My Descendant Begged Me To Help Him Just After I Became A God", "Cultivation: Start From Simplifying Martial Arts Techniques", "Pocket Hunting Dimension", "Immortal In The Magic World".
I was talking about fanfics. Naturally I know those legends and exceptions from novels . Han Jue is one of my fav Chinese protagonists lol it's just i didnt read much after the female demon lord part.... anyway even if we consider the novels mentioned by you, in the vast sea of Chinese novels only few can be considered exceptions hmm around 5% for this rule. i didn't read some novels completely so I'm not sure about those protagonists but the ones i read definitely had the protagonists I said. anyway it's meaningless to argue over this thing. everyone has different perceptions of things. Good day
Good day to you also bro!
