Author ruined it. It was going so well until Sumeru, Takami and Buer basically made a marriage contract since Buer held 20% of Teyvats authority. It was going down the route of Nahida becoming their daughter but nope. Not at all. Because they are the like same person, they get treated the same, aka becoming his wife which is even worse since Nahida calls Buer her Mom.
