The story is great. Definitely worth reading. but as time goes on, the chapters get shorter and shorter all the way to too short. it takes 5 to 7 minutes to read a chapter. this was frustrating, but with the translator posting 6 to 8 chapters a day, it was okay. Now, the translator posts 2 or 3 chapters a day or every other day, and it feels like it's still getting shorter. The only other way to make this worse (without dropping) is to have cliffhangers every chapter. This was my first story like this, and it started out amazing. With a translator that edits out all the propaganda. updates coming every day with a whole pile of chapters. it felt like Christmas every day, but because the Translator isn't getting enough money. I think the trend is going to continue down, to never updating again. Small silver lining. This could be winter depression and the translator may return to doing what they've done at the start. Wishful thinking, at least.

This was posted 2 minutes after waking up. Now that my brain is firing on all cylinders. the gap between uploads could be all caused by the holidays. We'll see in mid-January.

If chapters seem shorter than usual, it’s because the author’s note is taking up too much space with unnecessary commentary, so I'll be deleting it. How is this not more popular even though it's so good with over 200+ chapters? Guess cuz the author release rate is too fast... Anyway, I love this novel! The grammar is excellent, the plot is good, the MC is smart and cunning. I really hope the author will continue with the fast release rate and won't drop this novel.
