Ok, let me just tell you guys that this is the review you've all been looking for. Though the book is still in its early chapters it's not the first time I've read it. The author used to write this book like a year ago but suddenly stopped. At first i was really furious and frustrated but after reading the disclaimer it said the book was signed with a company so probably that was why it was on hold (that's how great it is) Am i exaggerating, i really don't know but I'm going to be completely honest with my review. One put off in the book is the broadness of the world building but the way it all relates to each other tells how great the author is. i had deleted the app few months ago and just recently found out the book was continued. But that was not the exact reason i downloaded it again. Another thing is that it's a bit slow but the interactions between the male lead and the female lead is so original and not forced at all. He's obviously very arrogant but so is she, in a mild way so there is always a clash of opinion and character. The Mc is not cliche and a goody two shoes but she's also very polite with the bestest friend, Freya, anyone could ask for. Now the World background, i can't say much to prevent spoilers but the first sentence in the synopsis tells a lot about it generally. It's not some part of the world but a whole world on its own with the fusion of cultures that dates back to centuries ago. Its giving Game Of Thrones vibes. Like the Ysadoran mages are like from early Persia and the rest have their own roots, language and culture. You might occasionally catch a glimpse of knights training, i won't say much but the author's not stupid. The story description.. my days! it's like you're transported to a whole new world entirely. That I would love to give honors for cause you can really see the effort put into the descriptions to make it more realistic or like you're watching a movie. And the chapters are always long enough to keep you intrigued. The Characters are easily loveable from the first encounter and the depth with the characters can make you go crazy. I won't say much further but this is definitely a good read and plus you would need to exercise patience.
