he mc can't seem to make up his mind and acts like a immatured teenager with mood swings. The dialogues flow unnaturally and none of the characters have a stable personality. They are made as like a side character from a harem anime, lacking depth and substance. unrelatable and dragged out in the boring parts

The MC has a clear personality, and if you hadn't noticed his "childish/unserious" personality from the first chapters. I can't really help you. As for the rest, it's your opinion. I can't say too much about that apart from that I disagree with you.

I guess you missed the part where he's not a normal soldier. And where did I ever write that he's a trained spy? Anyway, his personality makes sense. If you don't like it, that's one thing, but it makes sense.
