till around 25 chapters MC is good but after that he is just simp and trash like every chinese fanfic young master. he tries to pretend to be cautious but he fails every time. SIMP

Bruh...are we even reading the same fic. While I can agree with you on the failing to be cautious part, MC ain't a simp in here. And if you are going to tell me about Xian'er, then no, he ain't a simp for her. Cuz if he was, then he would've gone after her without thinking of anything else. He just likes her, that's all. And if that's simping for you, then I can't say anything else.
nah he is simping hard for that little fairy doctor, that whole scene is a mesh of super forced plot (idiotic and reckless MC behavior + coincidental timing of little fairy doctor) + heavy simping on the part of the MC and the little fairy doctor being an entitled b***h (she follows him our of greed/curiosity then she gets in trouble and he saved her for which she gives 0 gratitude and instead gives some threats then the simp MC just offers to share the cave treasure and she just agrees like its the most natural thing in the world when she didnt do jack shit to find or get the treasure) xiao yan sharing the treasure with her in the original is actually okay since she found the cave but here she didnt deserve jack shit, if you want to give her the poison scripture its fine and all but dont do it in such an idiotic way , as for the sharing of herbs its just the MC simping again, there is no such thing as him not needing them, might as well say he doesnt need the gold as well and give it to her along with most of the things he has on himself .......
what about he and medusa relationship is he not simping like a pig.. He takes risks and Medusa gets all the treasure and she even forces him .. if he isn't simp and BETA then i think he is mentally ill and so he should just kill himself
