great start to a story love the main character his decisiveness not to be cuckolded is admirable and not to be used as a cover for another man's love story

Yeah no, this is literally just a whole Chinese gas lighting up to the fullest. Like imagine knowing the whole plot yet expecting you can change something, hell in the story the fmc left for a while before they were married (meaning she met the original Mc a while and the plot happened) yet the mc just started to simp his way to a broken heart. All in all there’s too much male supremacy and stupid mindset of the Mc, legit wanted to commit my own death after realizing that this is more of a revenge on cheaters that aren’t cheaters.

The MC is a natural born simp he was simping for Gu Xun'er and then we he realized that wouldn't work divorced her. Now he is already showing signs of simping for little fairy doctor and is obediently doing everything she ask of him.

honestly just another cliche chinese novel , the mc hides his power leading to unnecessary and boring drama . the female lead offers nothing other than a pretty face and there is no real direction to the story other than useless drama smh, the only good quality is the translations which i think is wasted on this book . if a story like "journey to become a true god" had this type of translation it would be peak. Itd a Chinese Novel. What do you expect? An mc that is actually good with a good processor in his head with actual girls liking him. HELL NO. Mc is PURE BORN DEFINATION OF A SIMP at its HIGHEST LEVEL. He doesn't make any advances on any girls when he clearly knows that they like him. The girls fall for him like its a Fallout game. He does everything any girls say without any questions asked. He helps Character that are pure Bi●●h●s like Nalan Ya lan. Yrah he doesn't help her at first but the moment her master asks him he helps her no question asked without asking anything in return. Many people might say heh He considers her master his 'freind'. Ok then would you consider someone you had to save twice from life threatening situations and that said person gives you nothing in return and continues to ask you for your favour. Beta MC, seriously don't waste your time , don't, waste, your, time. MC got every chance to get all the girls but he miss it, turning it to cliche stretching plot, girl no 1: wow MC so strong, girl no 2: blushed and bla bla, MC? nah he just beta male. plus braindead plot, MC are 7 stage, and other are 1/2, but it takes him 3-4 chapters to just get rid of them!
