SPOILERS BELOW ⬇️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ The writing quality is quite good no complaints there. The update stability is the same this author is known for finishing his books so that should give you an idea. Now story development, this is where my happiness ends. I’m honestly disappointed, a lot of the times the story is all over the place. He moved to Beacon Hills as a vacation and became a teacher, I personally had no problem with that and liked it. What I didn’t like is how everything felt all over the place, one minute he’s teaching, next he’s getting attacked or we get 4 chapters “investigating” a case that all of a sudden takes a turn, he kills the monster but gets knocked out and wakes up in a dimension where the monster who he just kills says some vague stuff and then disappears. Then all of a sudden there’s an apparently super powerful demon who is trying to make a deal with him. Character design is all over the place too, not only for the mc who’s personality changes almost every chapter. He has a special team who wouldn’t hesitate to kill innocents to finish a job, yet suddenly do that on a VERY important job against a class 5 monster. Make it make sense please. (It was previously stated that they were prepared to kill the same civilian even before the mission started and also used her as bait) I like mashup worlds so it gets a 5* from me.

LIKEThe mc has a lot of trauma and I think (schizophrenia) so the constant personality changes can be attributed to that, I personally still don’t like it though. The fights get very messy too, the one against the class 5 monster started in a Forrest yet mid fight it suddenly changes to an underground parking lot????. Apparently the fight was just a copy & paste from his other novel, so there’s that aswel. I personally love supporting authors and in no way mean this review to be hateful. There’s just a spam of 5* reviews where I feel a more constructive one would help the author improve in his writing.
