I can't say that the ladies won't like him, but the MC won't be pursuing romance, or making any "mushy smushy" stupid decisions in the name of love. Or the usual "my woman got captured, I have to save her" troupe. But there might be romantic elements. It won't intervene with the MC's growth however.

While I like the setting of the story I encourage the author to add some life and twists to the story instead of filling with cliches. The author should try diverge in stories and characters than just background setting from other popular tropes. Plot armor should be reduced so there’s some tension, or atleast some mystery.
