he can change his body and save changes and load what he save, so he makes 2 load slot One looks like him but better, and the second one looks like an idol then he go pick girls with the second one and get back to the first one when he go to school or with his friend

if you reach chapters 30, you will notice that he is already showing his improvement to his friends and girlfriends. there is no 2 identities anymore

nah that's just first few chapters, and he has a reasonable excuse as to why. It doesn't make sense to suddenly become handsome so he showed improvement day by day until he's close to the ideal appearance and surprise everyone
