The start of this novel is so bad and so predictable. Not to mention the plot holes of the system that author didn't bother to explain. The mc is so bland and stupid. It is a good story for new readers but for veteran reader it is so full of predictable plot.

Decent implies that a story is at least 4 stars. At least for me. You rated it two stars and that is far below decent to me. Two stars is a horrible read and I would not call this book decent whatsoever if I wanted to rate it two stars.

Never said that you have to think it’s decent. I said that, as a veteran, I do not think the plot was predictable enough to not be decent. That’s it. I disagreed. “Eh I think it was decent.” That’s the gist of what I said. Hardly forcing an opinion. You generalized two entire groups and declared something a fact based on assumptions YOU made. your second reply literally implied that i said this novel is decent. I don't know how you didn't realize it when it was so obvious. maybe you didn't intend to do it and it was just a poor choice of words but it is still your mistake. it's really tiring arguing with people who didn't even realize their own mistake.
