MC is forced to help Issei and can't change the plot much even with two true magic in his hand so what's the point of coming to dxd world just for the plot to continue like in cannon .

I can get following the plot in the sense of the general actions that happen but making it so that literally nothing changes is wild💀
The plot does and doesn’t continue, mc pretty much doesn’t care about that stuff unless he’s bored. You also really can’t call what he does with issei babysitting because he usually just leaves issei with someone else or leaves him to do whatever as he doesn’t need to do anything himself.

I don’t care about the babysitting stuff, I care about the fact that what’s the point of writing a story about an MC in a a verse and they can barely interact with said verse💀.

It’s not that he can barely interact with it, there’s nothing stopping him from doing so, it’s that fact that he doesn’t care to cause most stuff doesn’t really concern him, while he does get involved in stuff he doesn’t do so completely, just enough to where it’s entertaining to him.
