Because Naruto never hate them, he seek their approval and respect. Knowing he was a vessel of Kurama, he could understand their hate somewhat. Not to mention if he know the future, he know what would happen after Pain, when finally they acknowledge him. In Boruto time, he was so beloved by the people of the village. So no, it didn't make sense for him to hate it when he know it'll change.

Hey guys, it's me. I've seen that some of you are asking why Naruto doesn't hate Konoha. The answer is very simple: Naruto is Naruto. No foreign soul is controlling his free will.
