So far I love the story it's a fun read, but i at this point it doesn't feel like his family is the top family in the city, everyone is so easily targeting them and facing no serious repercussions. Everything he is facing on his own. Does the family gets more involve later on, and shows why they are the top family?

Although it looks like it, the Ruan family isn't being targeted but Wei Jun is who is banished from the family so the repercussions aren't that fierce
But they did poison the head of family in early chapters, i know that the family head counter back in the buisness, but I dont think it was fierce enough if they just keep on targeting a member of their family. And also the fact that they didn't support the mc much, after how he saved his grandpa. And sorry if i am mistaken but i don't remember it being mentioned if the mc's is banished from the family. I don't want to sound rude, honestly the book you have written is really awesome and i love how even the system is so docile infront of the mc🤣. And i hope you keep on writing such great chapters. And i also love how you interact with everyone without any attitude, really love that .❤️💯. I just hope you'll show why they are the top family of the city with some showoff and face slapping stuff maybe and not just the mc alone fighting against them.😅

That.... was really well observed Some of the details below contain spoilers Okay so the fact that the MC is banished is told in the later chapters and even in them, it isn't clearly written as the MC is not really interested in that part Second, they don't know where the poison came from Although the family of the MC is a strong family in the city, any big moves will alert the cultivator forces that keep cultivators in check so all they can do for now is move in business because they can't just go around killing everyone because they're suspicious
