If you read till the latest, then he is limited by the amount of chakra. He is not a one man army.
I think the main problem though is that rasengan takes shape transformation and I think the chidori requires nature transformation which is crazy since it took naruto tons of clones and trial and error and a normal person could take years to learn either. So I can see what the reviewer means.

He did it quickly but he was 12, had sasuke as a teacher, boruto had enough chakra to do a rasengan, and he also failed and completed the rasengan at the same time so there are a lot of diffences between this mc and boruto.

Yes boruto is the chosen one so you can argue that he has more talent and he has bloodline of 2 prominent clans and his father has kurama which naturally passed some of its chakra passed to him
