What of it? It's not like they did anything but kill fodder shinobi. Shinobi that could've easily died to a kunai.

Shinobi all have unique abilities and their weapons represent that. Is a normal-sized sword practical for an Akimichi clan member who suddenly grows to be 10 meters tall? Madara fights with a huge fan and 3 hokage with a staff that is way too big. What would be a practical weapon? in your opinion than

A versatile weapon that can be used in just about any situation you find yourself in. One that also doesn't take extreme amounts of practice to be proficient in as well since a shinobi should have other things to train and practice in as well. It has to be easy to kill an opponent with it when you strike. And finally it should be replaceable in case you break or lose your weapon.

You are basically simply describing a kunai knife. that every shinobi already has as basic equipment
