He should find a way to get the Yamanaka's hiden jutsus. The mind reading jutsu would be useful for obvious reasons and there might be some sort of mind palace jutsu or something along those lines so he can remember everything and sort all his memories.

Wouldn't there eventually be an imbalance if his Yin chakra constantly increases but his Yang stays the same? There would have to be side effects to that.
And as spiritual energy is a one of the two components of the chakra – my chakra reserves will also grow with time. It could be possible that you could say the Flying Thunder God was in its beta phase and Tobirama died before he got around to perfecting it. Then Minato came around and perfected it for him. This is one possible interpretation.

I'm a bit confused about the timeline you got going on here. From what I can tell your making the 3rd war come really soon. And since Minato should be around the same age as Kushina he'd be nowhere near ready for the war by the time it comes around meaning no Yellow Flash. Are you making the war come sooner than it did in canon, did you screw up your timeline, or is it an AU thing?

Honestly wisdom might help him keep his goblin instincts in check if it really does alter his personality.
The moment he reached level 4, he chose the Meta Magic Initiate feat because he felt a feat was much more valuable than just increasing his stats. He was generally scared of how changing his stats would affect him. Stats like Wisdom and Charisma could completely warp his personality if increased, and he would rather not lose who he was for a small boost in power.
