This isn't really feasible in the Akame ga kill universe... To have both Esdeath and Akame in the same harem you would need to brainwash at least one of them...which kills their character completely. Tthe Mc needs to be either an almost Pure Evil character to go for Esdeath, or he needs to be a decent and moral man to have a chance with Akame. So yeah, unless you ruin Esdeath's character and make her an misunderstood heroine, there is no hope there.
