I don't get why other comments say this is Chinese trash, because I myself found Chinese fics before and let me say they are unreadable for me because of the wording and names, meanwhile this fic I can bearly tell it's a Chinese one and it's READABLE unlike others i've seen. I am just giving this a five star review, because I don't get why this fic has a lower rating, this fic is very good.

check this "author" profile and you will see that he is indeed an sussy translator
it's their preference, because usually Chinese novel use the same trope over and over again until it become stale like young master, face slapping, and etc, so it's understandable if someone become sick of it.
yep, all CN that i read always have those tropes, i just kinda turn off my braincells in order to just mindlessly reading them. There are some CN that are good but its only because of its translator, even then, they can only be counted by the fingers.
Sorry if I'm not right, but in my opinion. The Chinese language is quite different from others, and in many cases the translations are not well done, there are also many names that are different in Chinese, but I think that the translators could use the context or their knowledge to correct it (which is not always the case they do), although it is understandable that they do not know terms such as cultivation or similar. I say this because I think the majority use the translator, since I don't think they know Chinese.
