it was engaging at first, but seems like he will be someone's lackey till the end or for a long time, that cause's my boredom, as it was not my type of story. hais,, my bad, for expecting something else as the author was true to his books title. big respect though,, as the book was written really well, no typos and was made logically, i'm sure it will be engaging for those who doesn't care or who like the mc being a lackey.

you have just read 18 chapters. What did you expect in just 18 chapters from MC? To kill all emperors and all villains and then complete this novel. Sorry to say this, but this is not your typical bookmark reading novels. It has character development, power building, world development, secrets of the world, humor, romance, seducing, manipulation etc. It has all. How did you expect to see all these tags in just 18 chapters and judge the novel. It's like immediately after you have born you have established a company like Amazon, Google, Tesla and made profits in trillions US dollars. So, read upto 100-150 chapters and come again.

so I tried and read to chapter 29, and the MC can even be ordered around magically. I don't believe many readers want to read about a slave MC. People rebel about any kind of captivity immediately in the comments.
as I have already said in my review which you have not read should check it out, but yh the first 40 chaps are the most gruelling chaps and if you can go beyond that you will notice that the ordering around is going down until chap 100 from where there's no being pushed around rather it's aether who will push everyone and thrashed everyone from that chap.. you can read from chap 100-110 if you need confirmation.. but i want you to ask something, you don't think that a novel which is only about being pushed around would get 1k+ PS and top 100 GTs ranking right??
well I am not sure, the world is becoming increasingly strange and there is also a precedent with Shadow Slave, so I was not entirely sure.
hmm i will only say there's no ordering from chap 100, he gets a skill that temporarily removes his slave seal around chap 100+ can't remember chap no. , and he gets read of his slave seal completely around chap 730+, and that he's hella op, now if you want or don't want to continue the novel is completely your choice
I am continuing, don't have many other options currently anyways. He now put some points into Int and I really hope he can become a mage or at least use magic, I am curious if he can put points into Affinity but it is listed under attributes so it should be possible.
