You are wrong in smth, MC first live was in modern world and he read demon slayer there, later he reincarnated at demon slayer as Tanjuro but had no memories of past life, and lives his life as Tanjuro but after killing bear near his house he falls in coma and travels to sekiro and awakens memory of first life, after completing sekiro plot he wakes up in demon Slayer in his body.
