honestly MC is one of the types I dislike the most, reckless, immature, hormones controlled teenager. despite how author portray him as smart cuz of his enhancement but still IQ doesn't necessarily equal to wisdom, there a lot of situation showing how stupid he is, ranging from simple as doesn't know how his friends know his address when one of them literally go to his house once a week, suddenly want to kiss Gwen in conversation where his relationship is just a friend thinking she likes him, let the little mind rapist go without any aggression after she trying to enter his mind, gambling the chance peter have different abilities by letting different spider bit him if any per chance the compatibility between the DNA is bad he could dying bruh, and he thought it's great idea to steal all radiated spider in school tour...story development is just so so, nothing unique, he build companies with Peter and Gwen and he doing heroes thingy instead of just focusing on strengthening himself

u know IQ is doesn't instantly equal wisdom right ???, wisdom is formed from not just intelligence but also emotional intelligence and experience also did the rest u say count as a valid point to why this a bad fic when everything u said its just a personal preference i, a character doesnt have to be overly smart and cautious to be a good character . The some of the most popular characters in world are idiots , those qualities u hate supposed to add a layer of relatability bc the average person isn't going to become the over tactical and cautious when put in the mc position
but he's supposed to be overly cautious, because time is ticking
speaking facts bro is too lenient and open with people,in marvel of all places. He acts like an anime isekai protagonist
thats not always the case , there are ppl who will act overly cautious , there are ppl who will go with the flow and there ppl will just not care
if this was any other world sure, but this is MCU+Comics if you ain't cautious knowing what he knows you're in for Erasure
like i said b4 there are ppl who will be more cautious than others or there will be ppl who won't care that they get erased
